ROI Results 6/13 @ Churchill
A couple winning tickets were cashed at Churchill on Saturday and as the weather heats up so
does one of our players. Cal hit a tri in race 11 but just missed showing a profit and getting some points. Joly B stays hot by hitting a sweet paying exacta in race 6. JB had six $2 tickets on the winning combo and collect $217 on the day. It wasn't good enough as Roamin steamrolled by the field with yet another double digit winner as Croation took the 7th and returned $17.60 to win. An $880 return easily put Tom on top. Congrats on the win. Nicely played. Following are the unofficial results pending any errors on my part. See you all on Saturday at Belmont and congrats to Ruffalo on her points win. WIN... I guess the best thing in betting horses is to make money and maybe the second best thing is to not lose too much? Funny thing is I always try to make my bet come out an even $100. If I had not bet that $4 on a double play, I would have wound up with $101.10 putting me in 3rd place and eligible for a few points. No biggie really. I was just glad not to sink further into the hole!! That was the only thing I did right in the contest.
Congrats to Roamin and Joly. Well played. |
