![]() Too bad we can't get a warm up for BC at Keenland. Looks like Belmont may have the best card. Others suggestions???

![]() The stakes calendar is pretty sparse, isn't it? Mahoning Valley does have a group of stakes races limited to Ohio breds, and Belmont should have a decent card including the G3 Bold Ruler. After that, the pickings get quite slim.
At the risk of being called a heretic, I could suggest as a possible option not having a contest, but instead using the time to get more familiar with all of the pre-entries for the upcoming BC races. Despite COVID travel restrictions, it appears that there will be a very strong contingent of Euros who could have a major say in the outcome of a number of the turf races. There are lots of places where you can find video of their prep races in England, Ireland or on the continent. I'm not trying to push this option, just offering it for consideration as we approach the BC days. |

![]() Even though I have taken to watching some of those Euro races on you tube, I say play on this weekend. There is a chance, albeit a slim one, that some of us might emerge from bankruptcy( although maybe more likely, just digging a bigger hole for ourselves).

![]() I agree with Cal. I would like the opportunity to dig myself deeper in debt.
I agree somewhat with Joly. An abbreviated card wherever we go is fine by me. Not so that I can cap the Breeders Cup that early but to let others do so if they choose.
