Default The Next Act

Here is Seymour Hersh's recent article, "The Next Act".
If you take the time to read it, you might find some interesting information.
Also, click on the comments. Both sides there.

DTS: It was a informative article, and I appreciate the post. After reading the article,I read almost all of the comments(most of which could have come from DU) I'm actually looking at you as a quasi-moderate,judging by the amount of shrieking diatribes you must wade through to post on DT. Appreciate the effort

Well, thanks Timm. I really have no agenda as I'd like folks to make up their own minds. Sure, I'd love it if "peace" broke out half as much as "war", but only informed people can make those distinctions.

Lately, I've been reading a lot about the questions that surround the collapse of WTC Building 7. Talk about interesting!
That building had no smoke, wasn't hit by a plane, and was separated from WTC 1+2 by WTC 6.
I haven't made up my mind yet as the more I read about WTC 7, the more questions. Google it.

Timm,
Here's a link to WTC 7. No I'm not a "consiracy theorist"...yet.
Let me know what you think.

DTS: It surely seems that the fuel in the building could have caused it to act much the same as the damage to Twin Towers. And the debris that travelled 335ft....we can't imagine the force of the blast(saw a tornado movie last nite) so anythings' possble. But how can anyone link the planes and the aftermath(like dominoes). That's a real stretch, and the ramifications of anything other than what's visible is too much to think about for very long!

Timm,
As I said above, I still have lots of questions. I won't even get into the ones that had "put" orders (short) on United Airlines and United. Some people made serious money.
Here's a list of the tenants of WTC 7. Note the owner. He had purchased the long term lease only a few weeks before. Silverstein Properties still ahs many questions surrounding their transactions, past and present.
Here are the WTC 7 tenants. Scroll down.
See the notable ones, SEC, US Secret Service, IRS, Mayor's Office of Emegency Management...and others.

interesting and terrifying all at once.

it seems impossble to me, intuitively, that an administration so bogged down by poor military planning could even conceiveably muster up a straight face long enough to begin another conflict.

the part that rang the most true was the portion in which Hersh discusses how a very limited strike may actually do Iran more favors than it would do us and could further alienate us from anyone who still likes us (or at least pretends to!) in that area.
