12/14: AQU (P6 Carryover)
The tradition of strong outings on Wednesdays continued yesterday. A carryover of $24,000 rolls into Thursday, and we are sorry in retrospect that we didn't give the sextet a go. A look at the winning results produces the conclusion that the play was achievable with a modest investment...
4th: Top choice Pressing Issue (.65-1) 5th: Top choice Valiant King (1.55-1) 6th: 2nd choice (after scratch) Prideland (11.90-1) 7th: Top choice Bredwinner (on DQ) (1.00-1) 8th: 2nd choice Little Miss Zip (9.80-1) 9th: 4th choice Childrens Annex (3.30-1) So now we'll try the play with intent, and likely get clobbered... We tried to offer you a couple of wagering suggestions too Wednesday, and that went well. Contressa's impressive winner in the 4th, who we thought was a good key horse, tripped an $89.00 triple that we gave you straight for $12. The 5 horse box in the crazy 6th worked too, with the $20 play yielding $85. Hope you did well Wednesday... Hope you do werll today! SELECTIONS -- Aqueduct, 12/14 (R4-9) P6, P4, Grand Slam, P3's.. Scratches change thoughts..
Some important scratches on the early AQU board, at least for my view of the action..
Like Mt. Hope Lady in the 4th and Mt. Majesty in the 5th and both bolt.. (Bad day to be a mountain I guess...) Here's the P6 adjustments: SCRATCH... 4th: 7-14-15-16 5th: 10 6th: 11 7th: 12-13-14-15 8th: 2-1 (poe)-8 9th: 11-12
