How is that horse an official starter in Santa Anitas 5th? Obviously the horses head was caught on the starter, infact the starter had to grab the crossbar so he didnt get jerked out of the gate. Noway is that a refusal

since I assume he was the 7 in that race I couldn't agree more. it seemed like an eternity in there before he was set free by someone

I heard Glatt say she will only run if they get her outside.If Becerra knows it,then he should scratch out of the 3 hole.
