Patriots and their celebrating
Perhaps next time they squeak out a lucky win against a very good team who played carelessly stupid (San Diego), they will keep their post game celebrations in check. Karma has a funny way of coming back and biting you in the behind.
I bet the entire San Diego team was thrilled when the Colts beat the Patriots. I like the Patriots and have not seen bad sportsmanship like that from them maybe ever. But this year's team seemed to have a chip on their shoulder and I was glad to see the Colts knock it off. |

You could say that same thing (karma) happened to San Diego after they ran their mouths to the media when the beat the Patriots in Foxboro a year ago. Wade Phillps referred to it as "ass whooping" and Drayton Florence's quote was "**** New England and their team" and then Merriman can do the Lights Out dance and it's no big deal. I like both teams but it seems to me SD got a taste of their own medicine.

Patriots choked hard in this loss against the Colts. They seemed very complacent to only run time off the clock in their last drive before halftime, when they could have easily made the game 28-3 or at least 24-3.
Instead they gave the ball back to the Colts and they came down and tacked on 3 to make it 21-6 at halftime. Big, big difference going into halftime up 28-3 versus 21-6. Karma has a funny way of biting back. Grrrrrrr |
