I love stuff like this. That is easy to say now that he is out. Did you mention that before, on twitter or anywhere else? I didn't love him, but I felt he was one of the 3 most likely winners along with Upstart and Carpe Diem.

Really? Seemed like he was pretty live and might have even been a usable price.

Maybe you are confusing American Pharoah for Bayern????

Oh, nevermind, I get it now.

He was a toss because of RTH?

Stick to your first post in here, you were on the right track.
Im not trying to pick a fight with anyone. My point is this, what is the point to call him a bet against now that he is not running? He was a much more likely winner then Daredevil IMO.

That's silly. About him being a much more likely winner than Daredevil.

I'll grant you that Daredevil, of the two, was more likely to flop badly.

And yeah, I understand you thinking Nick was being a chicken not posting that thought before AP was scratched, but hell, the race is still four days away. Not too many people have posted their analysis just yet.

Why is it silly? Daredevil might be great but in this spot, vs these horses Im making him prove it to me over a fast track. As far as Im concerned Upstart is more likely then Daredevil... He has a fast race, over a fast surface.

One Lucky Dane replaces Pharoah in my top three. He is clearly a dirt horse, his last was strong.

No way he is the chalk with Daredevil. Im not saying he will be a price, but he will be 2nd or 3rd choice.
