SAT - Gulfstream & Kentucky Downs Action
Great late summer Saturday action throughout the country with most of the focus on outstanding cards at Saratoga and Del Mar. I landed on Gulfstream and Kentucky Downs. Big competitive fields that seem to have plenty of opportunities to cash out. Enjoy the day and Labor day weekend.
Gulfstream Park R9 - Wasted Tears 75l (Turf 8.5F) - Interesting set of experience fillies and mares in a race that lacks pace. #11 Zloty (5-1) 4th #2 Street of Gold (2-1) 2nd #6 Afleet Mary (12-1) R10 - Florida Sire Susan's Girl 300k (2yo f 7F) #2 Ballet Diva (2-1) - Looking for a bounce back performance with the addition of Lasix today.WON $5.40 #7 Enterprising Lady (10-1) #12 Silent Prayer (10-1) 2nd #8 High End Queen (10-1) R11 - Florida Sire Prized 150k (Turf 8F) #6 Twotwentyfive A (12-1) - Has been keeping good company and is eligible to break through with 1st win of the year here. WON $28.20 #8 Wicked Rascal (9-2) - Should be on the engine early and will try to hold on late. #11 Niconellie (4-1) - Improving type will have to manage wide try in Turf debut. 3rd ##4 Roll On the Navajo (15-1) - Fits on Turf numbers. R12 - Florida Sire Affirmed 300k (2yo 7F) #10 Tribal Drama (5-2) - Obliged as the odds on favorite in debut with a dominating win. Fawkes seems to have another good one. WON $8.20 #3 Abercorn (12-1) - Going in the right direction and these connections win at a high %. 2nd #6 Dream of Me (4-1) - Logical contender coming off back to back victories. 4th #8 Danbury (10-1) - Has taking money in both starts and could be making a late move. PK4 - 2 6 11 / 2 / 4 6 8 11 / 2 3 6 8 10 = $30 for $.50 Press PK4 - 2 6 11 / 2 / 4 6 8 11 / 10 = $6 for $.50 x 5 = $40 Kentucky Downs R7 - Kentucky Juvenile Fillies 300k (Turf 7F) #13 Moms Choice (8-1) - Draws in and has enough speed to clear early. 2nd #5 Andreya's Reward (10-1) - Made up a ton of ground in debut and cuts back here. #12 Lilly's Dream (6-1) - Robby will need to work out a trip, but he beat 11 rivals in 1st start. 3rd #1 Apple Down Under (12-1) - Didn't earn a big number but took care of business as the favorite in debut. R8 - Kentucky Juvenile 300k (Turf 7F) #9 Good Intent (9-2) - Broke maiden across the pond and Fallon picks up the mount on Euro type course. 3rd #10 One Legend (7-2) - Speed will help and Hard Spun progeny does well on the lawn. #8 Cajun Schill (10-1) - Looking for him to uncork a late rally. WON $11.00 #6 Axtell (5-1) - Casse seems fit to ship despite maiden into stakes company. R9 - More Than Ready 300k (Turf 8F) #1 Tourist (7-2) - BEST BET - Last seen in BC Mile and has the talent to come off the bench running. WON $6.20 #4 Undrafted (2-1) - Huge win oversees in most recent, but you have to think about the long trip he endured. 2nd #6 Departing (6-1) - Has shown the ability to adapt to different surfaces and likes to take his picture. 4th #8 Regally Ready (6-1) - Hard knocker has probably lost a step at age 8, but is the only one with a win at Ky Downs. R10 - MSW 120k (Turf 6F) #6 Out of the Trappe (12-1) - Made a serious late run in debut despite trouble leaving the gate. #9 Discreetly Firm (7-2) - Burning up the track in the mornings for a barn that knows how to get them ready early. 2nd #3 Diploma (10-1) - Long string of works coming in and you have to respect all the connections. #10 Bondurant (10-1) - Wilkes mostly known for getting them ready latter, but has a morning glory type here. PK4 - 1 5 12 13 14 / 8 9 10 / 1 4 6 / 6 9 = $45 for $.50 Good Racing Luck

Is a press pick 4 one you are more sure of?
Seems kind of expensive to do it twice, what is the reasoning if you don't mind me asking thanks |

It really depends on preference or how much confidence you have on #10 Tribal Drama. Personally, I think he wins, but its always nice to have some backup in these types of races. Good luck today.
