Didn't do a poll, but I think I posted somewhere around here that Trump spent too much time on defense, AND let her off the hook when he should have crushed her. I'd say he came up short against the Clinton/Holt attack duo.

I'm literally more concerned about her dying on the job than her actual candidacy. This unhinged lunatic could be running the show. He makes Sarah Palin look like Margaret Thatcher.

Rude, first of all thanks for the chuckle the Twlight Light Show dummy pic made me laugh i will confess . Having said that, I thought Kaine did his job fairly well last night. He was if anything a bit impatient at times, not waiting his turn which i can certainly forgive he was obviously anxious to the points out he was instructed to make. Did Pence look more polished, calm yes anyone can see that. However, what Pence did the entire night cept for the faith portion toward the end, was LIE and DENY things that both he and Trump have said ON VIDEO! How these guys think that we cannot see this, is beyond me. As calm and polished in his 2020 public audition as he looked, Pence went out there with an impossible task to defend the most outrageous nominee the GOP has ever presented! In that, he failed in my opinion.

Pence has always been that way. 4 years ago running for Governor, Gregg attacked, attacked, and attacked and Pence just ignored it, unless Gregg threw a libelous shot at Pence.

We clearly saw the debate from two different perspectives.

In the first presidential debate, Trump displayed an inexperience by allowing her to bait him into defensive posture virtually the entire evening. She was assisted by the moderator who by even CNN's account was biased in his moderation.

Kaine thought he'd just do the same thing, and was completely ill-prepared for a seasoned professional. Plain and simple. It's a shame that in two debates thus far, the Democrats plan is to attack , attack, attack. This is simply because they have an embarrassment of a record to show for their time in Washington, and no vision. And the more this is exposed, the more phony and foolish they look.

You can call it that. I call it what it clearly is pointing out, pointing out, pointing out. Pence did exactly ZERO to defend his candidate, cuz he couldn't. All he could do was lie and deny all the things that both he and Trump have said. You're right we can agree to disagree. I still wish Bernie would have won, for the record.

Many of the things Kaine accused Trump of saying, were either taken out of context or were not exact quotes. I'll give you an analogy involving Hillary Clinton. I could say that Hillary Clinton called Bernie Sanders' supporters "basement dwellers". I'm sure that Kaine would say she never said that. Would Kaine be lying if he said that Hillary never said that? Yes and no. Her quote was not exactly "basement dweller". Her quote was, "Many of Bernie's supporters are children of the Great Recession. They are living in their parents' basement..." So if Kaine said, "Hillary never called Sanders' supporters basement dwellers", would he be telling the truth? Partially. She basically said that. But that was not her exact quote. And when you hear her exact quote, it doesn't sound quite as bad. If you simply say that she called them "basement dwellers", it sounds worse than if you heard her whole quote and if you got the proper context. It is the same with Trump. Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that Trump hasn't said some stupid stuff and some inflammatory stuff. I'm simply saying that things often sound worse when you don't hear the entire, exact quote and you don't know what the context was.

The Never Trumpers and Clinton in on a perfectly timed drop.

Wikileaks?

Meh.

I wish these traitors were half this outraged over what happened to that child in Idaho.

It's war. Always has been. Now the final act begins.
