I’m kind of surprised they are offering this, with the Derby moved to September and all of the backlash for not refunding wagers on previous pools this year.

If I weren't already loaded up on All Others from Pool 2, I'd be keeping an eye on the current 4.4-1 in Pool 4.

I wonder what the over/under should be on horses listed in Pool 4 to actually start in the Derby. September is a long time away. My guess in 9.5 runners from the list

Yes. As Paul Matties tweeted weeks ago, there has to be a 2020 Kentucky Derby result to complete the proposition according to the rules. Otherwise refunds.
