Default Funny comment re: "Firefly"

This is from conservative John Cole's blog. The "Tim" he refers to is Tim F., the liberal who contributes to the blog. It made me laugh. Cole's a really entertaining blogger.:

Firefly

I thought I would talk about something else, because I am afraid that Tim is perilously close to the first diagnosed case of a Schadenfreude overdose. At any rate, I tried to watch some tv last night, and there was NOTHING on.

So I popped in Firefly, watched an episode, and got so upset I went to bed. Firefly was killed after one partial season, but there are multiple versions of CSI after 5 years?

We deserve this administration.

I never watched Firefly, but I cannot agree more about CSI. The first one was and still is good. But CSI:Miami is potentially the worst show on television, save Numbers.

HEY!!! I like Numbers! Good show to close out the CBS Friday triple.

I don't however like CSI: Miami; CSI: New York and I am SO getting bored of CSI. They have beat the preverbial dead horse enough. Let it die.

Bones is an example of how a CSI-like show can be done well...characters you really care about, great chemistry and story lines outside all the gore. The season finale centers on the wedding of two supporting characters...that tells you a lot about the show.
If you haven't seen Firefly (in the correct order) you are missing a great show!
