Default circular quay

I think Todd gets off the schinde tomorrow and JV brings him home. We'll all get to see Cordero on TV again as well. Play the double with Flashy Bull

Don't get sucked into Flashy Bull, that race is all Salt all the time.

As far as CQ, I was talking with Mood, my fellow CQ fan, and I am getting closer and closer to getting sucked in. This run is very unTodd like and Tabor really doesn't tell him to do anything, per say, at least from what I can gather.

Brave prediction...He would have to run a huge race. I will be using him in several of my wagers but not too much on top.

Because you really don't think he has a chance or because you don't like Pletcher? LOL

He's simply not as good as Hard Spun or Street Sense. Plus I tend to avoid horses that were good early on in their two year old campaigns. And I can't stand Rich a-holes like Tabor who try to buy every win. They can go f themselves.

Honestly, I liked CQ before, but I think my tune changed about him after Rags to Riches kicked his azz in their workout together. I don't think he will win. Maybe he will prove me wrong, but I am not playing him.

Same here...absolute agonizing for me following this guy for almost a year now. He's a square price and I think he's set to fire.

Other than Street Sense, I feel that CQ has the best chance to win the race. Ill be playing them both in my pick 4 play and in betting the Preakness alone. The race will set right up for him coming from way back to pick up the pieces. The pace is going to be solid, thats for sure.

Why are you so sure the pace will be fast? I see a lot less pace than in the Derby w/no Stormello and Teufelsberg. Lukas will probably get the lead and Hard Spun should sit the second trip. Almost every time there's a very fast pace in the Derby, the Preakness pace is either soft or downright slow.

Im not saying it's gonna be a blistering pace, but there are enough horses that usually don't run this long that are going to be contesting the pace. I think Mint Slewlip, Xchanger, Hard Spun, FFC all would like to be out front. At least that is what Im hoping

Flashy Bull is peaking right now, I will be shocked if he does not run he best possible race tomorrow, Kiran has him at his absolute best right now

I'm not going to dismiss him either for the same reason. It looks like something is starting to click with this guy and the performance improvement pattern is very nice.

I also agree with scav's and others though that Salt is the horse to beat. He is also very good right now.

And finish last.

Seriously though, I think a horse like Xchanger or Mint Slewlep...once the gate opens, the jockey has to know his only chance is to try and clear and get the lead. They have no chance if they sit back and try to make one run against Street Sense or CQ.

Flashy Bull will probably flatten out at the distance.

i'd use CQ underneath, not to win....pletcher hasn't won a tc race yet, i don't think quay is the one to do it for him.

hard spun on top, maybe quay second, street third.
