Imperfections and sour notes are filtered out and bonded together in a massive heap of rubbish, like words from the one with the chosen name of the prophet or something similar. (A joke for ArlJim)

The music, like the clean water, flows. I can hear it.

I can taste it.

I can breathe it.

Can you?

...and did you ever notice how the word breathe begins with lips together and the air flows through your mouth, forcing you to exhale at the last part? Are there many words that can do that? I doubt it.

There is beauty in everything.

Am I right?

Brother.....is she good.

She puts a plethora of sensual suggestion just beneath her notes.

I may be forced to go for Led Zeppelin I and II for purposes of salvation.

I think Layla is an obvious no-no at this point.

Can i respond if i'm not here?

I suppose i could using some kind of extrasensory psychic communication.

Will you hear it though, or feel it? We shall have to experiment.

I'm leaving now but I'm not abandoning you. It's just that i like to come and go.

Like water. Like waves.

You understand this.

I wonder if Peter Ibbetson started this way?

Tonight...oh say around midnight........I will float up ,up and away.

Hoepfully you get the inference to do the same.

I would like you to hold up a Hoyle renderring.

Tomorrow we shall see if our frequencies resonate.

Boy I'll say.

But they lose sight the power of the mind....sort of like the forest for the trees.

The buttons only skew the power...not reveal it.

The Indians were fools

For that one only needs to hear the notes.....the distant sounds reflected from ...all around us.

How well does your discriminater discriminate?

I'm sorry my little Dickinson.I've been absolutely famished all night and cannot conectrate. Plus I think you are in a different time zone. Maybe we can get this wave action right for tomorrow evening.

Until then....may the pheasants roam freely.

A Hoyle rendering?

A Pissaro would have been lovely. I'd have held it up and said "Now close your eyes, Morty, and tell me what you see."

... and with your eyes shut, you would still see it - whole and complete - your mind making up the missing brushstrokes as they are unforgettable.

Had there been a way to hold up the third movement of Brahms 3rd Symphony I'd gladly have scooped up the notes and been here waiting, gently tossing them one by one like a flower girl at a wedding.

Hoyle..... another sexual reference?

You know as well as i that it was Sir Hoyle who coined the phrase "big bang theory" and did so in jest, or so the story goes.

Why was he denied the Noble Prize again? I've forgotten.

As i don't have a rendering in this dimension, here...... for you. There is joy in this picture. I know you can see it. As simple as and pure as a Heminway line, a Wim Wenders shot, a Rodgers and Hart song. I shall hold this up and await further instruction.

PS - The pheasants are restless..... what can it mean? Is it a sign, a warning, or just another song?

Male pheasants are large and colorful compared to the females. What does that mean, Morty? Is it important The whole sexual dimorphism thing is..... well that's a thought for another day.

To birds and songs and science and art, and strange meetings in unexpected places.

CECIL TO BYPASS EPSOM
Monday 21st May 2007

Sergeant Cecil will head straight for the Gold Cup Royal Ascot on June 21 after connections opted to swerve an engagement in the Coronation Cup.
The popular stayer produced a career best performance at York on Friday, winning the Yorkshire Cup under a Group One penalty for trainer Rod Millman.

And while the Devon handler wants to try the eight year old at 12 furlongs at some stage of the season, Epsom in 11 days' time will not figure on the agenda.

"He's come back from York in great form, which isn't surprising considering that he won with a bit to spare, but we're going to give him an easy time for a couple of weeks," he told the Racing Post.

"We've decided to wait for the Gold Cup and although we're keen to try 'Cecil' over a mile and a half at the top level, plans for that will have to wait.

"We want him to be at his very best in the Gold Cup and there are plenty of races for him after Ascot.

"We may also think about going overseas with him later on, but we're not going to sacrifice races closer to home before we get to that stage.

"Which target we choose will depend on how the opportunities fit in and how the races look to be shaping up."

I really couldn't care less.

Anyway, for the people that are interested in the Sergeant, do you think he should be aimed at the Irish St Leger?

He is still improving and i don't see why not. It would be his biggest achievment if he was to go on and win it, a superb win for a superb horse.

Play nice in the sandbox children, or i'll be forced to put on my shiny and spark-lee diamond Mod tiera and delete this entire thread.

Got it?

I mean it.

Carry on.

I don't know where Cecil should go but i shall cheer him on in any race.
