Long shot in the American Derby
Marty Wolfson has the 3 Can't Beat It. 20-1 ML Colt comes out of the Showing Up race at Colonial where he ran a career best number off the layoff. Was rank last and actually ran a better number than the 8 Stream Cat who comes out of the same race and is 9/2 ML. Also not going to ignore the 14 also out of the same race.
Good Luck Everyone and Wonder Lady Anne L

Agreement
It appears that every sheetplayer might have this one.
Buried effort, fast last race figure and Wolfson...

I had picked this one on my own and was thrilled at the ML.
However everywhere I turn someone else is picking him. My guess is he goes off around 12-15:1 tops. |

Arguably, Can't Beat It was the best horse in the Am Derby. Pace was on the soft side and he made the best close and missed by a half length. He might be the one to beat in the Secretariat.

Disagree
Showing Up will be the horse to beat....

Maybe, if he comes. I do think the American Derby was a much deeper field than what Showing Up beat at Colonial.
