Default Happy 10th Birthday, NTRA
I think with the recent announcement of the changes to the Breeders' Cup, we should spend today celebrating the NTRA's 10th birthday.

Founded in 1998, the NTRA has....well.....been around for 10 years.

Let's all take a moment and list a few of our favorite NTRA accomplishments.

Aren't they the ones who provide those INCOMPLETE replays of big races? You know, take you as far as the stretch and then pull the plug.

Yeah, 10 well done years.
