Hooves - what did you like about Burning Calories? I respect the connections but I'm not sure this horse really wants 10F on turf. . .

I think the 3rd race is being bet incorrectly, specifically in that #2 Bribon is twice the price of #5 Rush With Thunder. Rush With Thunder has next to no chance whatsoever while Bribon has run some very good races in NY and maybe was never comfortable in Florida. Whatever the case he is clearly a better horse than Rush With Thunder. Plus, Rush With Thunder's actual dirt races are horrendous.

I'm not in love with Bribon but at 16:1 I had to bet a little to win and used under the 3 and 1.

The 3 was awful.

Guess that last race took something out of him.

Doesn't Jimmy Jump Jump look better than Jason's Prospect? And he's a better price?

Not quite sure how West of Gibraltar is 3-1 while Diamondrella is 15-1. Very similar pedigrees and resumes.. Is Tagg alone worth swallowing 12 points?

Penna takes over the training of Diamondrella. Maybe he can step her up a bit; Violette certainly couldn't. As to why she's not highly thought of, take a trip over to the replay center and watch a few of her races.

I just took a shot with Diamondrella. The price was too good to pass on. Played in ex and tri with 4,7,8 as well.

Watch West of Gibraltar's last race. That was impressive to you?

Ended up being a head difference between them on the track, despite 20 1/2 points difference in the wagering. Congrats on the exacta! Can't beat those Rock of Gibraltars on the grass.

Thanks... Hope you had it as well...The price was sure there.
Good thing my fiancee opted to work the extra hour tonight or we'd be sitting in traffic (my idea of hell) on the AC Expressway right now.

Nah, I'm standing pat until Monday. Good catch though.
