The poster's comments... If you're like me then you are a complete sucker for the big Hollywood blockbuster disaster movies from the Seventies. Also you drink way too much, have alienated all of your friends, and spend entirely too much time at your computer in your underwear. But I guess that is beside the point. Anyhoo, you will definitely want to see "The Swarm", which is quite easily the most side-splittingly funny of all of director Irwin Allen's big budget disaster epics. Featuring hysterical over-the-top performances, gratuitous giant bee hallucinations, a script comprised almost exclusively of dialogue howlers, tons of cheesy special effects, and one of the most unintentionally hilarious end credit disclaimers in history. With an all-star Hollywood ensemble cast. And Cameron Mitchell. "it is more than speculation...it is a prediction"...lol |
