And the new Canadian Auto Company rolls out its very first finished products off the assembly line.
Looks like there was a questionable call there by quality control...but I'm sure they'll shake those bugs loose. [/quote] |

To tell the truth,I think this will be a highly successful thread.
I'm guessing that model Accord did not do well in government roll over testing. |

I can see the highway patrolman now:
Good evening, sir. And where are you off to in such a hurry tonight? Huh?....say---do I smell alcohol? I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to put your left foot in...put your left foot out....now do the hoky-poky and shake it all about. Oh gee..you're not doing very well on this one ,sir. Please step out of the vehicle. Come on ,sir...I don't have all night here. |

No thoughts, as I have very limited memory of that day. My last memory was being at my buddies house throwing down beers and vodka about 3-4 hours before the accident. For the most part, when I was drinking, I was a black out drinker. Only recollections from after the accident was hearing my cell phone ring while I was in the back of the ambulance in route to the hospital. Only reason I remember that was because my sister reminded me she called that night to tell me something and that was how my family found out about the accident. The paramedics had been unable to reach my parents. Only other thing I recall is the doctor at the hospital telling me he was giving me a shot in my ear. Basically the next 3 days I spent in ICU are pretty much a blur with little memory. As far as injuries, I fractured my neck in 3 places and nearly severed my left ear. It took them almost 2 hours to stitch my ear back together. I still to this day have very little feeling in that ear, but thankfully my hearing was not affected. |
