Cool Neutral field milwaukee? Selig should be shot.

Is it just me or does anyone else have a problem with this? Yeah houston just got pounded by a hurricane their team is playing great so what is your reward. You have to fly to milwauke and play 2 games in basically a home game for cubs. What a joke! He should be shot! So sick of cub fans congrats on no no for z. But guess what you are still struggling and look out now but the phillies are on fire and the dodgers are playing better. Everyone knows the hottest team going into the playoffs wins it all. Choke on your w flags cub idiots because its not you. Whille your at it write a letter thanking bud. What a joke!

Your the idiot anywhere but milwaukee. Give me a break, your rode out a hurricane have to fly to milwauke while cubs take a bus ride up to wrigley north. Yeah thats really fair. Selig should be fired be good karma to see cubs choke it. Fly your stupid w flag it isn't gonna matter in postseason. Remember bartman!

I'm more interested in how a change in venue could have altered the results of a game in which a team lost by five runs and didn't even manage a hit.

The only other place that would have made sense would have been Arlington, with the Rangers being on the road. I am not sure where Arlington actually is and it is possible that it was affected by rain from Ike too. Otherwise Milwalkee was really the only other option. Other places like Cinny, KC, Cleveland were hosting football games ( I know not in the same stadium!). I guess Pittsburgh could have been an option, but people don;t even go to see the Pirates.

Cool Who cares!

Thats not the point. You can't even imagine what that team went throught in the last few days. Riding out a hurricane, seeing your hometown beat up and then your told to get on a plane in play in milwaukee. Yeah im sure there heart was really on baseball! So what he threw a no hitter. Wait to playoffs hothead will blow up, harden will barely make five innings and cubs will choke like usual. Can't wait to hear who cub fans blame this time. So instead of gloating, why don't you look at it as it should be. These 2 games should not be played in milwaukee! THATS THE BOTTOM LINE

I hope the Cubs do choke like usual. I just think all this whining is pathetic. They needed a place to play and Milwaukee worked. They didn't lose a tough game on a bad call. They got their asses kicked and would have wherever they played the game.

Cool Whos whining?

Im stating a fact. Its not right and why do you think Selig chose milwaukee. So the brewers could make money from the game and also hurt houston's chances in the wild card hunt. After all he once owned the team!

Blame it on McLane. He snoozed. He hoped for a change in the weather, it never happened. He was offered Atlanta. He said no. He waited and waited but the Commissioner's office stepped in and made the decision.

McLane has never a good decision maker, and this wait of a decison bit him on the arse, just like so many decisions before.
