horns must get the lead and make the track meet offense play from behind.
they will get impatient

horns need to get a bit more running game going and chew some clock. ou defense will take stupid penalties.
ou dodged a bullet just before half and held onto the lead.

ut defense is just as fast and just as tough as the ou defense.
difference right now is the ut o-line is not run blocking real well and ou offense's big plays.

This is not a dominating texas team. They are good and scrappy but certainly not dominating.

Lack of a running game is going to hurt.

OSU certainly appears to be better than Missou. They beat them in Missouri with 3 turnovers and a botched fake punt that basically handed 7 points away.

looked like mirror teams. if they played 4 times it would be 2-2. osu made a few more plays, this time.

we'll find out next week. Tex-Mizzou
wonder how much of them losing last night was looking ahead to Tex.

We got lucky and we are better than I thought.
Some of those penalities called on the sidelines
were horrible.

We still have Missouri, Ok. St., Kansas, Texas Tech.
Everyone of these teams has a potent enough
offense to beat us. In the long run, having two
freshman at safety is really going to be tough.

McCoy is an athlete. This is a quick big kid.
4.5 40 ydash 225lbs... Amazing how he has
grown up. Still tries to do too much but the offense
is his.

I hope we are not put on top. Let Bama be there.
Curse.

You would think that if Ok St. was just a team. Remember, they came into last night ranked and undefeated as well. I do agree though...Mizzou definitely wasnt the same team from the week before.

either way, that is still a damn good Mizzou team and I can't imagine Texas won't have at least a small let down. I am anxious to see how the oddsmakers see this. If texas is favored by anything bigger than a TD, I would bet on Mizzou

unless texas is super flat and mizzou finds it's game in 1 weeks time. mizzou will never handle ut's defensive line. osu got enough push to disrupt the tiger offense.
ut's biggest problem no ground game.
