FRI - FG spot play & Delta Jackpot PK4
Fair Grounds
R8 - OC 62k / N3X (Turf) #9 Unpaid Crusade - Finds himself in a new barn and I like the fact he's been running like clockwork once a month since May. Had a troubled trip in latest and his race two back puts him right there. Taking the plunge at a juicy price (12-1 ML). 3RD Had every opportunity to get passed the winner and got nipped at the wire for 2nd. Campbell worked out a near perfect trip except for being a bit wide in the 1st turn. Delta Downs R5 - Sams Town 50k #4 Tend - Scratched out of the Tenacious at FG last week and looks to make it 3 in a row at short odds (Singleton). Won #8 Coach Ryan - Top local jock hops aboard consistent sort. Finished 2nd to Forty Grams last out at CD and check out his results in Race 2 - Delta Mile. 2nd #9 Proud Kentuckian - Works at FG say he's ready. R6 - G3 Delta Princess #6 C.S. Silk - Speedster has been lighting it up in the mornings after her BC effort. Deserving favorite. 2nd #10 Southern Yankee - Won prep race and is worth a look at a price. #4 Livin Lovin - Dominated G3 company in NY and training well in New Orleans. SCR #7 Phoenician Moon - Interesting Longshot has a stakes win to her credit. R7 - The Orleans 50k #10 Honest Pursuit - Has won 2 of last 3 against arguably tougher competition. SCR #3 Adhsilver - Training lights out for her return to the conventional dirt. #4 Serrano - Always nice when you have a win over the track. #9 My Heavenly Sign - Jones well represented this evening and this gal should not be overlooked. R8 - G3 Delta Jackpot #7 Big Drama - Leading money earner has been much the best in Florida and now must prove his mettle versus open company. WON #9 Stimulus Plan - Casse dead heated with Turf War (39-1 shot) last year. Out worked his stablemate on Thanksgiving Day and he'll be a better price. 3rd #6 West Side Bernie - Respectable performance in BC Juvy despite tough post. 2nd #5 Retap - Winchell homebred will offer some value underneath. 4th PK4 - 4 / 6 10 / 3 4 10 / 5 6 7 9 = $24 Good Racing Luck

Surprised you're not all over Pleasant Song, the cutback horse, in the turf sprint, R4 at FG.

Another angle here is the M. Pierce horse "Bruco Vale", the trainer is usually live when he ships here for the winter. He could be a wakeup horse to watch.

Pleasant song did do the "dirty work" 2 wide press in her last at CD, though the fractions were moderate, possible.
