to make sure he really sold them-that it's not a deal between him and the 'buyer'. a couple of his got sold, but were scratched their next race because there was a belief that the money hadn't really changed hands. i'm glad he's dispersing, and i find it laughable that he has the audacity to get defensive and say he's going to file a suit against nyra.

they should face charges too, since the stable was in their name, and ernie was the agent. that way they can have them all booted out permanently.
