I'm not staying up for the late P4.

I like the 2 Jehan here. Rates off of the early speed and gets a perfect trip.

$5 WP.

Really like Fastongrass in the 5th.
There are a lot of solid horses in the race. I've got my eggs in Silent Stalk's basket, but wouldn't be surprised to see Ultra Blend, Fastongrass, or Oui Say Oui take this one.

For some reason I also thought Strawberry Tart was interesting but I can't remember why now.

Did anyone answer this? I thought it would be interesting to hear what some of you guys have to say about this.

Paying $154. There's $24k in the pool, therefore approximately 125 live $2 tickets after takeout, so Point's ticket means it's paying about $14 less than it would have if he didn't play Get this beast home!

Put in a good effort, thought Espinoza was a little closer to the pace than I would have liked here. I did not see that 6 here.

It all depends how you think the race is going to set up. Take this last race at Hollywood. I thought that there was a ton of pace in it. I looked at the 7 and 8 being able to come from behind and pick up the pieces. But guess what they both went near the lead and one of the horses that I thought was going to be on the lead dropped back and closed like a frieght train.
But there are so many variables.

So, you basically approach the race the same as you would on dirt?

Saving my bullets for Belmont tomorrow. Should be a fun day.

The weather forecast seems too good to be true (Sunny and 75) considering how miserable it has been here. Still pissing rain outside on Long Island right now...

Good luck rest of the way!

It's a shame I didn't find Strawberry Tart interesting enough to bet on.
