Satish Sanan will join me today at 4:30 to address the Breeders Cup meeting Thursday and the general state of racing...
Mike Smith, if he's through with a 'Jockey' photo shoot, will do Thoroughbred Legacy (5pm) on dual Haskell-Travers winners Holy Bull and Coronado's Quest... PLUS... Horse Health Today with Dr. Steve Allday and HRTV's Jon White too... Hope you'll tune in!

Great show today, Satish was outstanding! More guys like him needed in the sport! His cander was great, I sure hope you have him on again, sounds like he is willing maybe at the Spa? Great job today!

Thanks very much. I thought Sanan was VERY forthcoming and refreshing in that he didn't take the BCL company line in the least. He came on at the suggestion of Barry Weisbord who is known for original approach to the game and whom I reached out for initially. Thursday should be interesting with the unveiling of that strategic plan...

another great thing about Satish as he said himself he is an avid gambler. He bets and bets big into the pools and supports the game that way as well by putting his $ where his mouth is. Unlike many of the blue-blood owners who actually laugh if you ask them if they bet and say of course not! Most are either too damn stuck up or stupid to realize if it werent for gamblers the game would be basically nowhere
