Default Breeders Cup

Not that I think it matters, but this is the best chance of them facing off.

Would be nice, even if it is run on the junk. But I doubt very much Rachael will ever run another race. I hope Zenyatta at least goes in the Classic. It would be nice to see her actually face a few horses that can run.

She will run again. Maybe not this year, but out of all the crazy ideas to get them together, I can see this one possibly working.

Why should Rachael have to go out West and Zenyatta always get to stay home? Look back at the campaign Rachael has had this year...6 different racetracks?

As a fan I really hope it happens. I like your optimism, but I would set the odds of it happening at about 50/1.

It could be 10 million....racing cant even get the best two horses on the same track...and they are the same sex. Its so pathetic it borders on comical.

If they made a 10 million, I would say 100% they would face each other.

They should run the Classic at the Fairplex. Zenyatta gets to stay home and Rachael gets dirt to run on. So what, if it like a 5 turn race.

I rolled my eyes at your 100% guarantee. Speculating on what other people are going to do with their horses is pretty much a waste of time. Wake me when the entries are drawn for your 10 mil race.

Haven't gotten to Belmont yet. Too busy. Hope to get after it after the kids go to bed.

I am here to discuss any races. Just chillen out tonight, this was my first week back at school, and I feel dead already. I plan on playing 4-8 at Belmont tomorrow.

I'm bummed no US Open on tonight. Means the winner of the Nadal-Gonzalez match which concludes tomorrow, has to play again a few hours later in the semis against a rested Juan Del Potro...yikes!

Guess I'll have to watch Jimmy the Hat on Jockeys. Man, that guy cracks me up.

Does the current rain and the probable rain tomorrow bother you at all?

I'm not wasting much time on the card and am moving on to Sunday.

Of course. I am capping for sloppy/soft...

6-8 is as good a 3 race sequence you can ask for, do you agree with that?
I have backed off 4,5. I just printed formulator pp's for 6-8.

i was really hoping she would run , and as much as I love the Breeders cup weekend, I would have passed all other races, and bet my whole bank against her. She just wasn't going to go pressing/stalking a strong pace while wide for 10 furlongs, and hold on against a world class field on a track that isn't favoring speed. She is the best dirt horse in USA, but that would have been asking too much of her. I REALLY wanted her to go and it is a big disappointment that really hurts. I need to stop being a bitch and buck up.

Obviously it is only september 11, and for all we know the track could end up having a big speed bias, or Borel could have surprised and rated her midpack while covered, but there would have been a huge opportunity through one of the pools that would have been too much to pass up.

Can't wait for the BC. I plan on getting together with my father and having a nice day.

Jackson knows this and that is why he won't run her in the BC. The purse money means nothing to him -- HOY Eclipse is what he wants. She likely will still get HOY without running -- if she runs and loses, Zenyetta or the BC Classic winner would have a much better chance of getting it.
