I like Wow Wow Wow in here, especially if he goes off near his ML. He looked set to run a big race at the top of the stretch in that FG allowance, but all the ground loss he experienced caught up to him at the end. He drew the 12 post for this, but hopefully Court can work out a good trip and minimize the ground loss.

I think Pleasant Storm has a nice future. . . He's probably my derby sleeper at this point.

Well perhaps IF he is sold to Jackson/Gann/etc. Without being disrespectful to Petalino, The Triple Crown trail seems a bit amibitious.. Besides he could make 400k with the horse running 83 BSF in easy spots.

I've followed Pleasant Storm here at Remington. Played him when he romped first time out, then in the 2 year old stakes. I remember seeing him in the paddock for the first time and thinking damn, he looks like a beast. He's defiantly been on my radar, and will continue to be after this fine effort.

Derby horse? probably not.......but then again, it's only January.

In the specific case of the Derby... Southern Hemisphere is a problem. Running a 2.5 year old against the best 3yo's of the generation would be very tough to win.

Sorry to leave you hanging. I was just teasing Freddy, who apparently is suffering from a severe case of xenophobia tonight (see his work in the Einstein thread for further details).
