Just Curious is most everyone here who is having trouble with Twins Spires a Former You Bet Customer or have you been With TS for awhile. Reason I have had TS for a couple of years and I have never really had any trouble with them.

I'm a former YouBet customer, so am trying to use TS YouBet platform beta version copy. It looks like a YouBet page, but only does half the stuff and is filled with glitches (which seems to be worsening)

I've sent in feedback on that little form they have multiple times when something comes up, but it's been a few weeks now, they haven't corrected any of it since they took over YouBet. They don't seem interested in fixing it.

So I don't know if they really give a darn about that beta version. I'm guessing they will just trash that eventually and just go back to their super-basic regular TS platform (which is why I tried and abandoned TS a long time ago for YouBet and Xpressbet who both had more features and easier platforms to work with IMO)

Default Twin Spires you suck

So I place a bet at TS on AQI Race 8. The bet is accepted. They run the race my horse #5 wins ($20W). No pay off they give me a refund, so I call they say it was a computer malfunction - but they will re-load and pay off. I send in an email asking wtf.

Here is what I get:

Sir,

Amtote, the system that our wagers are submitted through, experienced an outage with the computer system at Aqueduct. Any wagers placed on the 7th and 8th race, regardless of the time they were placed, have been refunded. Our supervisors are working with the Corporate offices to create the best solution to this problem. We will update you as soon as we have more information regarding wagers at Aqueduct. It could be a day or so before we are able to give you a final verdict on pay outs.

We apologize for this inconvenience and assure you that the issue is being worked on as we speak.

Thank you for your patience regarding this matter,

and then they sent me this...

Sir,
The terms and conditions of the site do state and it shows it every time you place a wager "Wagering is subject to the acceptance by host track pool". When AmTote goes down those wagers are not accepted by the host track there for that money NEVER goes into the payout pools at the track. That is why they were refunded. As stated before our supervisors are looking into a solution. This will take a few days. We will keep you updated if anything changes.

This has happened before, and they will probably pay off your winning wager, but legally they don't have to. They will make you feel like they are doing you a big favor, however.

That explains why my losing pick 4 wager was refunded.

Amtote is the villian here, there system is anything but foolproof, and they apparently have no liability when it fails.

Might as well bet offshore if it won't make it into the pools anyway.

And the stiffing is final ............

The decision from Aqueduct has not changed. They refunded the bets, but did not give the payouts because those wagers did not make it to the Host track pools. This was a technical issue between the track and Amtote. If their decision changes, it will be posted.
Thank you,

Who do you think is the hottest between Amanda, Allison, and Shellie B?

Shellie B sounds like she can probably rock the mic.
