Default Congrats "Team Derby Trail" -- Hossy, NTamm, Hockey -- in PA Tourney

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR REGULAR SEASON CHAMPIONS

Team 13: Team Derby Trail (Derbytrail.com)
$ 976.20 292

*LEAGUE REGULAR SEASON CHAMPS*

***

Jay, Nick and Brian have been plugging away in the Pace Advantage Handicapping Tourney for the last 3.5 months, and ended the regular season as the Champs. Congratulations and great work guys... Can't express enough appreciation for the arduous work involved in the thing, and for how hard it likely is for many around the internet horsey boards to swallow Team DerbyTrail.com on top of that leaderboard.

Best of luck to our boyz in the Finals! And thanks for representing DT brilliantly...

Thanks, everyone. We had a big day yesterday and finished ahead of the other 49 teams.

Just to fill everyone in on this tourney, each week there are 8 races selected from around the country, with the majority being stakes races. You can choose between making 3 selections or 2. In either case you get a mythical $2 WPS bet on each of those horses. If you go the 2 selection route you get a $4 WPS on your top pick. You also get an exacta box of your selections. We have gone the 2 selection route for almost the entire tournament, with the lone exceptions being when our opinions are very different.

The regular season was good for us because we were consistent. Obviously, we still have unfinished business and want to win the whole damn thing. Part of the prize is a gift certificate to Dave and Buster's and I plan to use it to play Final Furlong for hours as part of my weight loss regimen.

Thanks again to all of you and to Dahoss and Hockey, it's been fun so far.
