Default BC Turf, F&M Turf or Japan Cup for Danedream

Schiergen maps Danedream options
(UKPA) – 4 hours ago

Scintillating Prix de l`Arc de Triomphe winner Danedream has the choice of three races for her final run of the year. Peter Schiergen's three-year-old waltzed away from a top-class field in Europe's Premier middle-distance Group One at Longchamp on Sunday.

"She has now been supplemented for the Breeders' Cup and has the option of the Filly And Mare Turf, or tackling the colts again in the Turf over a mile and a half. If she does not go to America, a trip to the Far East for the Japan Cup could be on the cards, with new part-owner Teruya Yoshida hailing from Japan. She could go for the Breeders' Cup Filly And Mare, for which I think we paid $25,000, or we could switch her to the Turf. The Filly And Mare is the easy option anyway," Schiergen told Paris-Turf.

"However, as she has been sold in part to Mr Yoshida, the Japan Cup is now also an option. She would not be able to run in both, we would have to have to make a decision but as yet nothing as been decided. She will tell us where to go. She has come out of the race fine and eaten up but was understandably tired."

German breds have had more than their fare share of success this year. Wonder when people other then owners of Graham Motion are going to go fishing over there.
