Interesting stuff...things I didn't know.

But it was all a terrible story.

Piersall did get through his noodle problems. One of my all time faves. That guy was as good as it got defensively.I really liked him as a kid.

Ho-hum. Occupy the Q to support Ameica's Team 2!!! 6 minutes left 104-85 Cavs....19 year old Irving 20 points 6 assists. 20 year old Tristan Thompson 13 points 7 rebounds. Lottery hits perhaps??

Pure brilliance from America's team....they all played. Even the kid from the Congo and the white American saw action for the first time all year, he even scored!! 115-101 with the bench dominating once again completely.

Tristan goes back to his home land tomorrow for a grudge match against one of the teams that beat us. Think he'll put on a show for his home boys.

I read this and got very happy....

4. Cleveland Browns: Robert Griffin III, QB, Baylor: The Browns are locked in to the fourth pick. Though you could make the argument that Colt McCoy had no weapons and he’s not to blame for yet another lost season by the Lake, I can’t see the Browns passing on Griffin if he’s available at No. 4. Washington or Miami may be willing to trade St. Louis three to four picks for Griffin’s rights, but if they don’t, he won’t escape the top four. Everyone knows about Griffin’s incredible athleticism and character, but his arm strength is vastly underappreciated. Griffin throws a fantastic deep ball. His arm can battle those late-December Cleveland winds. There’s a lot to love about Griffin; a lot of teams will be vying for him. If he ends up a Brown, the Dawg Pound will be doing flips.

I saw one of his passes in the bowl game...they ran for 500 yards so he didn't have to do too much!! but he rolled LEFT, stopped on a dime and threw a frozen rope 50 yards downfield. I really needed to see no more. I'm prepping for American's Team 3.

Then if he's there...why not?

Would like to also see them scrap the WC and Mr. Rogers.Holmgrem is not doing sa hot.A wide out who can give a mild scare to defenses wouldn't hurt.Couple good O.L's would be nice, too.Think we will need another no. 1 RB.

So the offense is probably only about 3 years away.

If.

America's Team point guard production this year...although Irving gets all the ink and rightly so, no real dropoff when Sessions plays....here's what they're getting per game from that two-headed position...

26 points, 8 rebounds, 12 assists.

It appears Sessions has handled his demotion to the bench very maturely and professionally. You couldn't say that about all Cavs in the past about handling stuff maturely

Tristan's gonna have to work on that 38 percent free throw stuff though, he's gonna get fouled in this league.

I do remember they were 4-3 last year at one point too, so I am prepared for the coming eventuality, but there's some signs I think. The lottery guys took their talents to the north coast. There were no signs at all last year. It would be best if they do collapse and get another top 5 pick next year and they're right there and will be where Oklahoma City is right now in a couple years. (and then they'll all leave as free agents, but at least for a year they'll be right there!!)

IN the end, I actually really like this NBA season, playing 4 or 5 games a week and starting on Christmas instead of Halloween, it's a lot more fun to follow than it ever has been for me anyway.

Only 3 more months until Grady Sizeless' first at bat!! (I wonder if I'll have to type Talbots this year?)

They've drafted wideouts in the 2nd round almost every single year and they've all been the same. Well, Robiskie was horrendous which I can't figure out but this Massaqui, LIttle, and all those before are all the same. They need just one really fast guy that can actually catch. They get Atlanta's pick which I think is 20-24 range and I go O line or really fast wide out (if they get Griffin). Being the Browns, I'm guessing someone trades ahead of them to take Griffin and they will get confused and draft horribly, that's my prediction.

Shirley you aren't suggesting they have had maturity problems in the past?If they did,I would certainly hope that person took their immaturity somewhere else .Perhaps to a team who had another immature player?

Could these be American Negro players by any chance?

I may know who they are.

I believe they were beaten to a pulp by a team who had a top tier fine Honkie player.Yes,fine Aryan blood.

I forgot what we were talking about.

Speaking of the rapist, I am hoping for high comedy and a 4 for 19 Tebow game and a 9-7 Denver win. The comics on EVPN would have years ponder. (Browns did a good job on injuring the legs of Steeler backfield guys this year...so it was not a lost season at all.)

Had Hitchens lived, he would have been hired as TB's Personal Brainer.

How come TB doesn't look up at the sky and curse God when he throws an interception?

He loves God is why. God has a plan for all interceptions that occur...even TBs.

Snort!

It seems just.

If they are willing to visibly thank God for touchdowns and such...should not they get mad at Him if they throw a picker-doo or fumble or drop a pass?

After all, it is His fault.
