If Burbon Courage does not and I repeat does not have a colorful tail can I still use him?

Also wondering if, since Old Dog and I missed this past weekend.... can we play it now even though we're late?

Am a big Gemologist fan and so had to ask.

You may use horses with colored tails, non-colored tails, no tails, and hair extensions.

Both of you may feel free to post your picks from the haskell now but you may not check past race charts. Fair enough???
