Default Bowl Pool contest

32 Bowl games coming up.
Lets have the Derby Trail bowl pool contest. 10 bucks if you enter, everyone ons their honor and we have never had a guy not pay up on a board bet so thats no problem.

I'll post the lines listed in the DRF(where else) as of this Friday's DRF if anyone wants to play. Have to pick all bowl games against the listed spread as of Friday. We'l pay 60% to highest guy, 20% to 2nd, 10% to third, and 10% to the person with the fewest winners.

If this meets with our hosts approval, lets do it.

I'm in...I've been doing a pool just like this one the past few years...this year, I'm only using 13 games...the top bowl games with BCS teams - a "Bakers dozen" for $5 a pop. When the NCAA Basketball Tourament rolls around in March, I do my lengendary NCAA Bracket pool...it will be the 10th year in 2007...well known in the "Valley". Count me in with the bowl pool!

Any of you guys do a pool like this. You pick who you believe will win each bowl game, then you have 1-32 confidence points. You put a 32 next to the game your most confident in and believe is a lock, and put the 1 on the bowl game you are most unsure of. I think this is an awesome way of doing it, but just an opinion.

Was in a NFL pool like that last year, just like graded race selections...it was fun and I did very well!

Ok I will post the bowls and lines sometime this weekend. You have to have the selections posted here by kickoff of the first game. 10 bucks a man. Don't send anyone money yet. What we will do is have the corrrect number of folks send money to the 4 winners at contests end(in other words if we have 20 folks in the pool, 2 apiece will send to the 3rd place and last place finisher, 4 will send to the 2nd place guy, and 12 will send to the winner, etc? sound good to everyone?)
To be officially in you put up your selections against the spread and say "I'm in". Please don't post your selctions on this thread if you aren't playing.
