"After shipping Texas Red to Lexington for nuclear scan the vet recommended 60-90 days of paddock exercise after discovering a cannon bone bruise. We're going to give him the rest of the year off to heal properly and look forward to an exciting 2016. As always, thanks to all the fans for your continued support!"

I had just read that he was headed to the Oklahoma Derby.....

yeah, just saw the news too on bh. too bad. hope time off does the trick and he has a good year next year.
