Just talked to Hank Wesch the Del Mar Media and blog master and just to let everyone in the nation who has not had the opportunity to read some of his articles about Del Mar and other thoroughbred stories that date back to the early '70s. (He literally wrote the book Where the "Turf Meets the Surf")
a good read!
He is doing great after a scare a few years ago and I thought you should all know about a great writer and friend
