some bullsh*t in the 6th and 9th race.

The 3 in the 6th should have been declared a non-starter and the 8 (6/5 favorite) in the 9th broke through the gate TWICE and should have been scratched all together..

Great, great show Steve. Send that one to Tom Roser here in Chicago for the Broadcast Hall.

every tue Alday is on. Today he talked about pre-sale examinations, needling horses vs. giving them rest and bringing 2 yr olds to the races. It's all available in the archives.

Thx Dell.. Unscripted parts are best. First hour came out of nowhere, and last hour was just fun with O'neill, Wolfson and the calls...

..and the owners who pressure trainers to push the envelope.

I looked on the Archives and a certain guy named Dong ONeill was supposed to be on. Who is this Dong? A Southeast Asian/ Irish trainer, or is this a reference to a body part?

While I realize that there are likely certain owners or trainers that want him to do "crazy things," no one is forcing him to accede to their requests.

He has been asked to quite recently and he stopped working for that trainer, and he was the vet on ALL of this trainers horses, and he threw that business away.....
