![]() I'm sure there is someone on the board that can help me understand why Teuflesberg, received a “9” for winning the Southwest, while Hard Spun, who finished fourth at 1-2 after a wide trip got a “6”. Is it not that in Ragozin world, lower is better? I'm confused!
