I highly recommend listening to Ben Liebman, especially if you are interested in learning about the NY racing franchise issue, as there is probably no bigger expert on the issue than he.

Ben's the man and Steve should be applauded for getting him on the show. It was a great blow to the Racing and Wagering Board, and racing in NY State, when Pataki replaced Ben on the board ( for the wife of one of his campaign donors ).

Steve,
Ask Jon White if he thinks the O'Neill trainee Big Picture in the 5th race is a big red flag. This drop is way too big to make me comfortable (loses by 1.25 lengths in an N1X and shows up in a 25k N2L 53 days later). Normally, he would be a huge play against for me, but it is Paul Reddam and he may just be culling his "herd" and he likes to win so he may be looking to recoup 25k and take the purse money. Nakatani sees fit. Mixed signals. Thanks
