This field is so hopeless she may end up winning by default, but I couldn't trust her as a single.
I was playing a $600 ticket but I might just drop $100 into it with the 12 singled

I like Contessa's horse in the 6th quite abit today

Scav,

There isn't a 12 in the 1st race.

I get it, you meant 1st leg of pick 6.

My .pdf file shows that the 12 is indeed adding blinkers.

DRF is not indicating as such, let me know if you find out differently.

I'm scared to death of that leg, but i'm hoping to get through with just the 2,6,8,9.

Got two potential singles: the 9 in the 5th, lightly raced Tiznow steps up off a good maiden win to face a field of losers; and Dutrow's horse in the feature won't get beat. The only other that has a chance in there is Shuffling Madness, but City Attraction has too much early pace for that one and should get an easy lead. I loathe the Pletcher in there.

Phil,

I have the DRF pdf file and it says blinkers on for the 12 and it shows the trainers stats for blinkers on which are 0 for 1.

with scratches now I'm going with 2,12/9/2,6,7,8/1,5,9/1,5/1,7,12 = $288

for a budget ticket 2,12/9/2,6,7,8/1,5,9/1,5/1 = $48 (what I'll play)

Good Luck

Be at Arl before the 3rd at Belmont and for about the 10th straight Friday we have beautiful weather in Chicago.

Great, thank you- not like it affects my decision because I have to use her even though I'll probably puke when hitting the button.

Here's Dave Litfin's blurb:

CARRS AND STRIPES adds blinkers, after breaking slowest and failing to seriously threaten on "good" turf; two better efforts in May indicate she may prefer firm ground.

Eegads the trainer has made a 131 starts and this is the only second occassion he's putting blinks on for the first time?

Yeha, that would be the smart thing to do, but I like some things later....

Scav's ticket
4: 2,12
5: 2,9
6: 6
7: 3,9,10
8: 1
9: 1,7

$48, gonna punch it 3 times

4: 2,12
5: 2,9
6: 6

Edit: No play because I forgot that Youbet has that 1k per day rule. Will wait for Hollywood Pick Six today, which I think is a Pick 4
