Ellis Park Pick 4 since they reduced the take out to 4%?

I was thinking of playing it over the week end and was wondering if anyone else considered playing since the take out was so low.

I have played it regularly. It is the best bet in racing and has been having some huge payoffs.

Any "quirks" to consider in handicapping at Ellis Park? Does the track have any Bias' on a regualr basis?
