It's odd though, usually by this time I'm head over heels in love with a two year old by now but it seems like all the best babies raced during the week when I was still at work.  I think the Stakes races were much more enjoyable this year than last. While Bernardini was a treat, his races didn't offer much 'thrill' to me since I like a good battle. The Whitney always delivers though. All in all a good (and at times very interesting) season. Beautiful weather forcasted for the weekend and if the cards are this good on Sunday & Monday the meet will go out on a very high note.

I love the Attila's Storm- Lawyer Ron double if it is offered. After the free $5.80 Street Sense-La Traviata double last weekend I will gladly take another easy chalk double.
