While you've posted some outrageous, ridiculous things, this transcends all of them.

i dont know bout that.

i think that by the end of the triple crown trail, if you haven't banned him again by then, we should do a thread about the top 10 most ridiculous things that pg has said.

it's such a rich topic! my personal fave is the 9 for 9 at aqu one.

gosh, there are just so many things to choose from!

Doc, you've got to add a few words in Latin, then charge him $350

Bejarano has 'struggled' the past few years since 2004 when he won 455 races (in one year).. he's only averaging 260 per year since then while racing at some of the best tracks in the country...

I like Bejarano. Got to see him ride a ton when he first started here in Kentucky. Wished he would have stayed, but can't blame him for moving his tack and taking on new challenges. I am hoping the good meet he is having at Santa Anita is a stepping stone for "Banjo" to be included on the same list as the top jocks around the country.

Eibar Coa should be on that list, he's really a capable rider. All he needs is an agent of Anderson's talent to move him up significantly.

One guy I like who wouldn't be on many top 10 and even top 20 lists is Elvis Trujillo, mainly rides at Calder but from what I have seen of him he seems to have horses in position for the most. You have to like his winning ride in the BC 2007.

Greatest rider or not, I just hope he is o.k and can ride again. Anyone heard how he is this morning?

He has one of the top guys in the game handling his book. In fact, his agent is as savvy a guy, on many fronts, as any you'll come across. Matt Muzikar.

The horse wins or loses but I'd say Bejarano is at or near the top.

I'll take your word on that Steve, I just don't remember him being on any name horse as yet. You know in Bailey's book he said it was really Cigar that put him into a different level as a rider, as many will remember Mike Smith was the guy then and he originally had the mount on Cigar but passed it up for Devil's is Due. When Bailey took that mount the rest as they say is history.

I like Coa, I don't think it will be much longer when his name rises to the top. Pletcher is gradually straying away from Angel Cordero and JV as it seems Gomez is atleast getting some of the choice rides. Perhaps he will spread the wealth around in the not too distant future.

JV is killing me in the "Road to the Roses". Riding #1 for Pletcher's 3-year-olds isn't very profitable for Velasquez this year.
