Please. I don't ever call anyone "a dwarf" and ridicule them. I would put you in your place so quickly it wouldn't even be funny. I might be able to introduce you to Albertrani so you can say it to his face, but I already know there are 3 or 4 guys here that could take you to his barn tomorrow. Lets see how big that mouth of yours is then.

Do I have guts? You bet I do. I will be there 100% on August 15 to look at two Strategic Mission fillies. If my Arlington plans fall apart, I will be there next Saturday for the Sword Dancer. I might even bring my friend's brother Nostradamus if I go up Saturday.

2 guys are going up Monday for some Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation auction or something like that. There is a 10% chance I might come up for that and the sales on Tuesday/Wednesday, but considering I could never afford those yearlings I really doubt it. I am interested in seeing Motts 3yr old turfer on Monday in the Hall of Fame, but work takes priority over this stuff.

Thats the greatest party this town has during the season. Its extraordinary and first class. I went last year with Lans and he is now on the board of the Foundation and I will be going again this year as well. Everyone should attend this party if possible. The money goes to a great cause and its a heck of a lot of fun. You will not regret attending this.

Aren't you guys grown men?

Are you really gonna fistfight? That is so cool!!!

And it is great to see that Boldruler does indeed not only have "guts", but responded to his "guts" being questioned.

F u c king A guys!!! What the hell?

I bet you would get a lot more clients wanting you to buy them horses if they saw you get into a fistfight Oracle....especially if you won.

I can hear them now...."Not only does he have a nice eye for horses, but he sure is a good fighter and can take a punch."

You know how a they use a filly to calm the male horse down...well I think that Oracle and Bold could use a nice woman to get them to relax a little.

to suggest that english channel is ducking anyone is ridiculous. esp considering the schedule he's run so far...and the sword dancer is definitely an elite race. how could running here be 'ducking' anyone. besides, i would think others would avoid him, not the reverse.

and boys, please stop dirtying the water. there are other, better places for your off-topic comments.

I have a nice woman, but she just put me on a juice diet and she is a healthnut and I am about to strangle her. I have had nothing but juice and fruit for an entire week. Don't ever do this.

What exactly is she trying to accomplish by placing you on such a diet (juice & fruit only)? Do you need to lose weight? Your giving up protein for a whole week? Not good.

A lot of the times, extreme diets like this are for lazy people who refuse to put the time in on exercise. Not eating real food for extended periods of times is very harmful to your body.

You'd be better off doing more cardio and weight training. Its not rocket science.

There is a book called Eat Right For Your Bloodtype. This book has totally changed my eating habits. I was having all sorts of stomach problems and other stuff. My Dr couldnt really figure out what was wrong, I didn't have any food allergies or I wasnt lactose intolerant. I got my blood tested and I am A-. I got this book and followed the diet for A-'s. I eat mainly vegetables and fruit. I learned to like Soy products and I eat very little dairy and I eat 3-5 ounces of chicken or fish a week. I have have lost 23 pounds and I absolutely feel great.

Yeah, also in this book it tells me what kind of exercise is best for my body. It told me to do low impact aerobics, tai chi (spelling) and very very light weight work.

Euro, I am A- as well and that is a very rare blood type. I eat the same kind of diet now and always feel better when I eat that way.

Actually, Gander...

It is very good for your body to fast for 3 days once a month drinking NATURAL vegetable juices and fruit juices. It clears out your intestines. Many health people also recommend getting a colon cleanse. (If you really wanted to know that.) LOL

Yeah it is very rare but we are suppose to be the more evolved species--lol. But I thought the book was a bunch of crap so I tested it. I ate what it told me to eat (benefical foods) for 1 month and then I ate foods (negative foods) for 1 month. I felt like crap that 2nd month and I felt great the 1st month. So I went back to the book diet. And now I feel great. My wife is a B and the book told her to eat meat and stuff like that. Well she was never a big meat eater. She tried the book and she has lost weight and feel wonderful as well. Very bizarre how it all works for us.
