just curious what would a 5yo gelding running fairly regularly coming off running a 97 beyer and missing a track record by 3 /10s of a sec be worth normally?

Depends. Is he being held together by staples or just glue?

very possible but this is his 5th race in 2 months that must be one great glue they are using. on the day he ran a 1:08 1/5 there were $25000 claimers who went 1:09 3/5
