Default Patrick Biancone

When does he come back ? When he comes back what happens ? is it like starting over, or will he get some of his old horses back ?

I think late October he can apply for his trainers license again.

He's already purchased a farm. Whether he gets his prior owners back remains to be seen but I wouldn't be surprised if Coolmore gives him horses again. He's pretty tight with them.

Perhaps more importantly, will any tracks give him stalls?

Tracks don't have to give anyone stalls. Therein lies their power. Keeping them from entering in races is a different story.

That doesn't mean they can't utilize private training centers.

I'm assuming there may be some legal distinction for allowing entries, but I've never understood what it is. If the trainer doesn't have, for want of a better word, the character to deserve stalls, why does he have the character to enter races? All you end up doing is simply inconveniencing him.

am i the only one who cringes at 'chuckles'?

patrick biancone is many things, an all time great is not one of the names i would give him.
it wouldn't break my heart one bit if he was denied stalls.

Don't worry, Danzig...the karma police will get him. And if they don't the karma chameleon will make him feel uncomfortable.

him as in biancone? dude got caught with cobra venom, which is used to nerve a horse, and has (last i heard) no test that can detect it in a horses system. you think he only had it because he wanted more than just cream in his coffee? he got a year off for dammed good reason.

Depending on the jurisdiction -- one is a track management issue, while the other is a state/racing commission/etc. issue.

Cheating stinks no matter who does it. I always thought Biancone's horses were turned out well and wouldn't think twice about betting on his horses again. He is a very good trainer from all reports. You don't get horses from the folks he gets horses from because your hair cut is gorgeous and you have a a special beer belly. I guess the guy is a dam good horseman...save the snake juice

Being a good horseman and being a cheater are not mutually exclusive concepts.
