Oh no, I have a feeling that 105 Beyer is not enough for some people. Let the bashing begin.

Will you please explain to all of us how you think BSFs are generated, and also how you come up with your figures?
We need more post-of-the-year contenders, and I have confidence in you.

The Curlin beyer seems about right - I'm not sure I buy the Pyro one because My Pal Charlie can't run a 98.

Robby should of continuously whipped and drove the horse to the wire to achieve a higher speed figure. Winning handily just isnt enough now a days. According to the figures Curlin and Unbridled Belle would be a hell of a race. Bwahhh

OK, deep breaths everyone, instead of the usual reacting without thinking, why don't you think about why Curlin got a seemingly low number ( considering his obvious talents ). Any chance the dawdling pace played a role in this?

Nope.
Pace schmace.
It is easier to simply ignore things like pace - and final times - altogether. Then you are free to assign various numbers to horses based only on how much you "liked" the horse going into the race.

Got that right... Anyway, since the #1 4 year old got a weak 105 beyer, I guess that means this 4 year old crop is all a bunch of turds.... right?? isn't this the best way to look at it? I mean, that's how we are supposed to rate horses nowadays.... Curlin with a 105?? what a joke

Outside of him the older division on dirt is a bunch of festering turds.
