We have a Louisiana program that's big and gotten bigger, and now it's time to carve it out." "I'm going to put them up for sale, and if somebody comes along and makes an offer that's good, fine, but it's not a fire sale," he said of any horses Southern Equine puts on the market. "I've got a million calls from Kentucky from people thinking we're desperate, we're broke, and we want to sell for pennies on the dollar. That's not true." So there a million people in KY trying to get their hands on the 'Louisiana program'? They arent broke but they have reversed course on a farm they bought and leveled in June and are now looking to sell in the currrent real estate market? And they have too many horses but they are going to put the extras on a 200 acre farm in LA? Yeah sounds like a corporate downsizing.

He is obviously very loyal to Guillot. However, why not give him some cush job as racing manger and tell him to get the F out of the way. Then turn the horses over to someone that can train. It's pretty obvious to anyone that follows the game, even a little, that EG isnt much of a horseman.
