Katsumi Ando is an interesting rider to watch for those who aren't familiar with him, to me he's just as good as Yutaka Take or even better, from what I have seen from him in Japan he's a very cagey Jockey, the way the dirt track is playing tonight it will be interesting to see where he places Casino Drive, if he is near the pace his chances will improve substantially for the better, something Ando excels at.

I think that shows that this DWC was well below par. Well done to the winner though, He was third last year and it's obvious (as suggested) before that Asiatic Boy is not the horse of old, and might be finished now.
Albertus Maximus isn't good enough and didn't see out the trip. Gloria De Campeao deserves plenty of credit and has turned the form around with My Indy.

that was one of the reasons i liked well armed, he finished in the money last year and he came back over. tactacal speed, the field was weak there was no curlin here. 9-1 happy day.
