What a horrible story, the kid had his whole life ahead of him. Just tragic for everyone involved. To use Sniper's word, there are just too many @ssholes out there.

Postponed tonite's game. That was already a horrible night(they blew his gem.) Angel fans gotta feel like what's next? These cases where it's a 2nd time DUI are the worst. Feels like it was avoidable (if we could do a better job the 1st time.)

Terrible news.....
I understand they arrested the little dirtbag, after he fled the scene! Hope they nail his dumb ass! When are people going to learn, drinking and driving is a path to tragedy!

The best solutions will be to disable the auto when driver is intoxicated, and
those ankle bracelets that alert the police when a certain alcohol level is reached(mainly for "house-arrest") types....but you get the idea! Last edited by timmgirvan : 04-10-2009 at 07:16 PM. |

It's worse than DUI, he has been driving with a suspended license and been sited for nurmerious violations and with all disreguard for the system he did as he damn well pleased.
I cant talk about the rest of the nation, but in SoCal you see drivers that will blow through red lights and stop signs like they were not there. There is a large number of dangerious drivers that weave in and out of 4 lanes at over 80 mph with less than a 1/2 car between them. He had no license and a pile of tickets that NOBODY was going to anything about, so he was pissing on the system. We need to send his hood rat A s s to Texas so he punishment will be carried out. Bleeding heart Democrats in California haven't fried someone in decades. |

he was charged with murder (vs. manslaughter) today.
the prior conviction for dui was cited as the primary reason. |

Rough crowd here. This is a tragedy, and he should be punished, but the chair? Even Texas probably wouldn't do that.
