Default Italian restaurants near Belmont

Might be headed to belmont on Sunday. Can anyone recommend a good place for dinner afterwards for me, my wife and 7 year old?

There are three within 10 minutes of Belmont right on Union Turnpike which is just North of the track right off the Cross Island Pkwy.

1. Dantes a favorite of Coach Lou Carnesecca of St Johns.

2. Acquistas down the block from St Johns, less formal but great food. Owned by our soccer National Championship team captain. Nice outdoor seating too!

3. Sabatinos one block west of Acquitas. Nice outdoor seating also. Bigger portions same price.

That is a really good spot......alot of horsemen go to that joint, especially when the A is running.

Best closest to Belmont remains King Umberto's, 5 minutes further down Hempstead.

Thanks for the suggestions.

King Umberto's was the one i was thinking of but when I did a search for Umberto on DT I didn't see anything.

Thanks.
