Default Who were you wrong about, part deux

Anyone wanna make an admission?

Horses, fellow DT posters, anyone or anything?

C'mon, we're not all right all the time (or are we?).

Who is gonna go first?

I was utterly and completey wrong about the Iraq War.
I was absolutely positive Iraq had Biological weapons
and were working on Nukes. A very significant wrong
and I was told I was wrong before all the mess occurred.

Horses...
too numerous to mention.

Basketball
I had Cleveland winning the NBA championship.

Football
The NY football Giants winning the Super Bowl

College Football
USC

This is the first Presidential Election I have voted
for the winner in my entire life. I started out wrong
by voting against Ronald Reagan the first time,
a 7 game losing streak until Obamster.

I blame all on my Mother who was wrong to bring
me into this world with the help from my Dad. I
dont blame him as I have learned from this board
that the male sex drive is the strongest force in Nature.
Stronger than the Strong Nuclear force, the strongest
of the 4 fundamental forces we now recognize.

I was wrong, with my overuse of strong.

I am tired. I must stop.

Was wrong about BRAD PENNEY. He has a 4.71 era, and throws 100 pitches per about 5 innings, but he isn't totally done yet(I did not think he could stay in the bigs.)

I didn't think I would miss PG1985 or whatever his last 3 names were. I do miss the entertainment value of his posts and that fact that he must have lived in the dumpster at the OTB to be able to get his bets in so quickly.

I was wrong about my Uncle Ted and his "special friend" he would bring to all the family get together. He wasn't gay - but his friend was

For me, I was wrong about Holy Bull. I thought he was just more East coast hype as a 2yo and early 3yo.

Was wrong about this guy, too. Had everyone gushing in May (hit .369 with 18 rbi,) but the real Juana showed up in June(.264, and 4 rbi.)Seems to hit his worst with runners in scoring position n' 2 outs(that's Juana.) Great at hitting the clutch 2-out grounder to 2nd, or the patented Juana 2-out flyball hit right to the centerfielder(looks like everyone else's home run swing.) When this weak btch gets it all, it's a flyball to center.

No, no, of course not! People's personal sexual preferences are

nobody's business but their own!

25 years of marrage. Not at all what you'd think it would be. When you make it that long it's the small things that make it worthwhile. She kicks your a** on the big things. Woman are like that and it's not a bad thing.

Hard to explain but true, at least for me.
